Expect The Unexpected When You Almost Reach Out

Oh yeay... came back from Langkawi and im back to a place where i called home. Malacca it is. Actually i was back from Langkawi a week ago... i just havent got the mood to brag about it here. Hahaha. Nah... nothing to brag actually. But Langkawi trip was really a great one. Besides i think this is the first ever trip i went with my tutorial mates since i enter my degree. Great company makes the whole trip to be great thou.

A slight change in the last minute where carmen and her bf and the unknown friend cant tag along with us. The story was like this.. somehow the unknown friend said that her car can't travel long distance and that makes carmen and her bf cant join us too because wenhan's car can't fit in too many people. So that makes only me, wenhan, mookhen, xinke and yoke lee for this Langkawi trip.

1st day of trip

We make a move from PJ at around 5 something in the morning and took the Damansara exit... guess everyone was pretty much excited thou... teehee.. well i was. I stayed awake helping wenhan to watch the road and keeping him awake for like 6 hours drive maybe... was kinda sleepy at certain point but hell ya.. im awake straight! Gahahaha... ok ok so... just let me post up the pictures here..

this one im not sure whats the exact time.. but i guess its around 6 to 7 something in the morning. Not sure where too...somewhere on the highway for sure. LOL

Finally we reached at the Kuala Kedah Jetty with a very nice cloudy weather.... aahhhh...

we're on the ferry already... never tot that it would be a long journey.. all the while i tot it would be like only 30 minutes ride... but heck.. it was like one hour plus sia... i slept for like awhile and woke up.. and slept back..and woke up... and keep asking wenhan why havent we reach yet... hahaha -_-!!

Welcome to Langkawi... the land of duty free... tax free....

The Helang from far away...

and we got ourselve a rented car, Gen 2. As we are suppose to get an Iswara but the guy giving us some escuses saying that Iswara have to wait for a pretty long time and there's only Gen 2 available at that moment... I guess it was RM100 or RM110 for 3 days.. and we get an additional of one hour cause i was complaining to that guy saying that we actually wanted Iswara which is like 20 bucks cheaper.. and how can you give us Gen 2 and charge us extra... bla bla bla....

So first thing we got to look for is the nearest petrol station.. and we got lost somewhere in some kampung area. -_-!! heh. When we first see the map.. it was quite confusing.. Hahaha...so thats why. Oh and Xin Ke offers to be the driver... she's a greaat driver thou.. i said this because im afraid to drive. Boo haha.. Its Gen 2 and its a rented car okayy... i never drove a car that is bigger than Myvi before. LOL. But someday somehow i'll find the guts to drive.. i think.

ah well.. after we get ourselves out from the kampung area.. we found the petrol station and off we go to Langkasuka resort...the place where we are going to stay.

and a moment later.. He his hair got high... and started saying Hi to an unknown motorbike rider, an angmoh chic.. -___-!!!!

So we safely reached our resort.. the Langkasuka resort.

After check in to our room... we went hunting for food.

yoke lee, xin ke and me. This time Mookhen be the driver.. and 3 of us at the back very kelian wan lo.. especially whoever sitting in the middle.. Hahaha.. kena become sandwich. There's alot of winding and turning..curvy.. roads. And the roads are pretty much 'driftable'. So me sitting from right can fly to left wan lo. LOL.

Its pretty weird.. we cant really find much food in Langkawi.. almost all the restaurants we passed by were closed. And we end up in McD instead.

By then... wenhan was really half dead.. kesian la my sayang.. Yea he's been driving all the way and he actually never sleep the day b4. I didn't sleep as well... but i took a nap like for 30 minutes i think. hahahah.

So after we makan, we head back to the resort. Wenhan get some sleep and me, mookhen, xinke and yoke lee head to the beach as we are still kinda energetic to watch the sunset and took some pictures.

oh did i forget to mention that i was having my period on that day? Dammmiiitttt.... yea of all the days.. So i didn't get to play in the water. Sigh. Wasted u know. I so wanna get into the sea. T_T

It was pretty funny thou... when we had this conversation about tampons with the guys. You wouldn't wanna know bout the conversation.

Too bad la wenhan was in his slumberland... we cant watch the sunset together. But i took many pictures to show him thou. Hahaha.

and when i said that i can't get into the water.... he splashed me with it.. -__-!!

This is the pool side... it was closed actually... but somehow they went in for a swim and nobody asked them to get out... hahaha. and again... how i wish i could get into the water toooooo..... * thinking of my period on that day was frustrating*

he's drown by 2 girls... heh =p

At this time wenhan was awake and we just watched them fooling around in the pool.. like.. hmm.. let's see... sitting on 2 big float.. throwing the float around where i ter-throw it at somebody's head.. LOL...and someone happily singing and doing doggie style swim... Hahahahhhaa... i have the video thou... now been thinking if i should put it up on youtube. Hmmm.

we chatted a lil where this pool have this i dunno what u called it.. " pool side mini bar" ?

and all i can do is..

soaked my leg in the water only... * stupid period*

After it was quite late.. they went back to the room and me and wenhan went for a walk at the beach... and i tell u hor... the stars in the sky were really really amazing lo...failed to take the pics... hahaha it was too dark la.. ( why la i sounds like i never seen stars before...-_-!!)

We went back to the room and played cards. The 3 cards game..see who got the biggest. Loser have to drink... Heineken! yea..almost half-glass of Heineken.. Mookhen bought few cans ealier at the jetty. I think i drank pretty much.. and im not drunk.. suprisingly... hahaha...

anyway the first day in Langkawi ends here. Will be updating soon.
